Purchase inspection? No problem

The car is checked on the following points:

• Electronics: assessment of operation and condition (lighting, alternator and battery)
• Bodywork: visually assess for (excessive) rust penetration
• Control of necessary product modifications from the factory
• Engine: assess for excessive wear, exhaust gas analysis, visually check cooling system (under pressure) for any leak(s)
• Steering and suspension: the parts subject to wear (in general pivots and joints) are assessed for excessive wear.
• The function of the shock absorbers is assessed during the test drive
• The tyres are checked on the basis of tread depth, externally visible damage(s) and an abnormal wear pattern.
• The clutch and drive are assessed for proper function and, in so far as the design allows, the degree of wear and tear.
